16-year-old girl presented with devastating injuries following motor vehicle accident, including complex fractures of the entire facial skeleton. Most visible were her injuries to her midface with a floating maxilla (unattached upper jaw) and crushed, flattened nasal bones (saddle deformity).

She underwent reconstruction of all facial fractures including augmentation of her nasal bony structures to restore her normal profile.
