72-year-old woman presented concerned with the appearance of her eyelid bags, diffuse facial aging, and appearance of her neck and requested complete facial rejuvenation.

She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty, which included release of her arcus marginalis to correct her tear trough deformities, as well as full face lift, which included correction of her neck.
